more than ten people; any groups that contain less than this amount will use our studio price list. These photographs are made on location at your chalet, condo, rental property, home or other location.
Upon arriving at your location Mr. Miller will help you select the best location to make your portraits. Indoor or outdoor works well with us, however due to lighting or other variables we will recommend the one that will work the best. We usually start with the largest family group first, then grandchildren with grandparents, next the siblings with parents, individual families and any special request.

LOCATION CHARGES
A location charge
of $75.00 plus 9.75%
sales tax is to be paid in advance to
reserve
your time and date with us.
This charge may be paid by phone with
Master Card, Visa or a mailed check. The charge
is for up to one and
one half hours,
does not apply to an order and is only
refundable
if cancelled one week prior
to the session.
ORDERING PHOTOGRAPHS
Images from your
session will be placed
on our web and can be accessed thru the
"Order On Line" button on our main menu. We
will supply you the
password at the session.
Our secure server allows for easy viewing,
prices with a shopping cart and safe ordering.
Completed orders will
be mailed seperately
to each family that ordered. You can also
order
by phone on our toll free line.
PAYMENT
Our "Ordering on
Line" feature allows you to submit payment
in full by way of Visa or
Master Card only.
In State orders submitted will include 9.75% sales
tax.
Orders also will include a handling and postage charge
of
$12.00 for US Postal and $18.00 for UPS.

protection.
Most groups or families are on vacation and only have casual and sport clothing with them. This makes it harder to plan the clothing for the portrait. But if you can plan the clothing, here are a few tips. Try to avoid bold stripes and designs. Uniformity is most often better in clothing. One suggestion is for everyone to wear the same color clothing. For example, Khaki pants or skirts, blue, maroon, shirts or blouses. We do not recommend all white shirts for outside photographs, however it is a popular choice. In some cases the white shirts will tend to photograph too bright and wash out. Solid colors seem to photograph better. We have photographed several reunions where each family was represented by a particular colored polo shirts. Do not worry if you can’t work out the clothes. Most are happy with the clothes that everyone brings to the sitting because after all, it is a vacation.
SPECIAL CROPPING The large family group because of its composition will be a horizontal photograph. This requires that legs and feet show in the picture. Please let everyone know this so they can dress accordingly SPECIAL QUOTES ON LARGE GROUPS Large groups that require as many as 30 prints from the same pose will be given a discount.
